Return & Refund Policy

For customers located in the European Union, the "European Union Right of Withdrawal" section below takes precedence over any conflicting provision of this Return & Refund Policy.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every Nordic Gut order is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 60 days after receiving your order to contact us and request a refund.

The 60 days are counted from the day your order is delivered, not the day you place it. If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, contact us within that period and send the product back to us. Opened and empty bottles are accepted. Once your return is received, we will refund the price you paid for the product.

To start a return, please contact us at info@nordcommerce.io with your order number.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the address where the return item should be sent. Items sent back without prior notification may not be accepted. Customers located in the European Union may also exercise their withdrawal rights as described in the European Union Right of Withdrawal section below.

All return shipping fees are covered by the customer.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

A short explanation of the issue
Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging, where possible

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without providing a justification.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this 14-day period by emailing us at info@nordcommerce.io.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the goods within 14 days of that notification.

This right is in addition to our 60-day money-back guarantee.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue your refund within 14 days of the cancellation request. You may cancel unfulfilled orders by contacting us at info@nordcommerce.io.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved.

For customers in the European Union, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first, in accordance with the European Union Right of Withdrawal section above. For all other customers, approved refunds are typically processed within 20 business days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Please remember that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Return Shipping Fees

All return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We are not responsible for returns that are lost, delayed, or sent to the wrong address. We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item.

Items Sent Without Approval

Items sent back without first notifying us of a return request may not be accepted. Please contact us at info@nordcommerce.io before sending anything back.
